Economy Garages will only ship a building to be constructed once a building permit has been received, all payments are current, all concrete work is complete, any homeowner items have been completed and all materials have been received.  There are many steps prior to the construction of the actual building and all these steps must be completed prior to shipping the building.  The day the building is delivered is the day the building crew starts construction; therefore, we must have all special-order materials present to complete the project.
