Excavation is one area that Economy Garages does not conduct year-round.  It takes additional labor, equipment and expense to prepare the ground during the cold months where the ground needs to be heated to remove the frost and well protected throughout the concrete stage.  This requires many extra trips to the site.  Usually, by mid-October, there are enough sites prepared for the concrete crews to keep going until the weather makes it very difficult for the concrete stage.  This time fluctuates from year to year depending on the weather and the rate at which the concrete is being done.  If your project includes Economy Garages completing the site preparation, earlier is always better since the weather has no schedule.
