Tidbits from the Top

Building Phases – Building

This building phase is often looked at as the “now we’re getting somewhere” phase.  It takes the other three phases, although not so grandiose, to get to what we are ultimately in search of, a usable building.  The building crew during this final phase will construct the remainder of the building including walls, trusses, sheathing, shingles, siding, and also includes the installation of windows, service doors and garage doors.  The crew’s last detail is to sweep the garage floor and place all of the debris is a neat pile for removal.
