The short answer is late winter.  The reason I say this is because in the construction industry, mostly in the northland, material suppliers and vendors hold buying shows for lumber yards and construction companies.  In order to have a successful show, they negotiate the best prices they can to entice lumber yards to purchase products in preparation for spring.  Construction companies that have a facility large enough to take advantage of purchasing materials at these shows, also take advantage of the pricing.  History shows that the price of most items in construction tend to continuously increase so by taking advantage of these shows, Economy Garages can purchase heavy and stabilize our prices for the coming construction season.
