Two Week Schedule
A new schedule is created every Friday that projects the next two weeks of building. There are many factors that can alter scheduling including weather, material delays, crew speed, tool/equipment failures, vehicle problems and labor issues to name a few. We find it best to attempt to layout jobs for a two week stretch to minimize the guessing that would have to be done to figure out further. Jobs outside the two-week schedule are in a queue and remain in the order they entered the queue until they are placed on the schedule.
