How many times have you made a purchase and later thought of something you missed, forgot to mention, or didn’t get your spouse’s opinion?  Yea, it happens.  Economy Garages uses addendums to correct those situations; however, utilizing an addendum has its downfalls.  First, are you inquiring about the change early enough?  Products may have been received or product orders may not be able to be canceled, wall construction or preparing special items may have started which may make it unfeasible to change due to cost.  Second, with the start of an addendum, your project is put on hold until all parties have signed the document and could lead to a longer hold if the change requires delivery of additional materials.  Third, any change to the original contract increases the possibility of an error occurring.  It is always best to ask questions and take the time up front to make the right choices the first time.
