Sales Assistant

Microsoft Office Experience Required

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, office position requiring a clean and professional appearance and attitude. The Sales Assistant needs to speak professionally on the phone and in person.

Tasks

Answer & Direct Phone Calls
Answer & Direct Emails
Greet Walk-In Customers
Prepare Materials for Trade Shows
Review Sales Contracts
Prepare Sales Reports
Other Tasks Assigned by General Manager

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to Perform Accurate Mathematics
Professional Appearance
Accepting of Constructive Critisim
Work Well with the Sales Team
Reliable Transportation To & From Work
Pass a Post-Offer Drug Test & Physical

Preferences

Experience with Microsoft Access

What Do We Pay?

The starting pay for this position is $16.80 per hour. We pride ourselves at Economy Garages for our fair pay scale and pay raise system. We base our pay raises on time worked as well as quality of performance with no pay caps in place. If you work hard for us, you will be rewarded.
