Economy Garages starts with base garages consisting of 2” x 4” x 8’ walls sided with T1-11 panels, 4/12 pitch trusses with 12” overhangs, one garage door, one fiberglass service door, and two vinyl glider windows. The standard sizes are from 12’ – 40’ in truss length, or commonly the width of the building, by 20’ – 60’ in depth. These sizes are typically figured in increments of 2’ in each dimension for speed in pricing but increments less than 2’ or larger sizes are not a problem. Deductions are then figured if any products or services are removed like windows or clean-up. Even basic elements like shingles can be removed if the customer would like to shingle the building.
