Building Phases – Concrete
The concrete phase consists of the completion of all concrete including garage floors, aprons, driveways, and block. The concrete crew will dig the grade beam area, square and set the forms to the proper height, install the proper reinforcement for the garage floor slab, place the concrete, install anchor bolts, and finish the surface to the proper specifications. If the job consists of an apron, driveway, sidewalks, or block, the crew will return within a couple of days to complete the concrete items.
